MOQ varies by product category. For cat litter and poop bags it is typically 500–1,000 units per SKU. For pet wipes and accessories, MOQ ranges from 300–500 units. We offer trial order options for new buyers — contact us with your product and quantity target and we will confirm a realistic MOQ for your situation.
Standard samples are ready in 7–10 business days after requirements are confirmed. For custom formulations or complex OEM packaging, allow 12–15 days. We ship samples via DHL or FedEx at cost. After sample approval, we align on production timeline before moving forward.
Yes — private label and OEM production are our primary service. We support custom logo printing, brand colors, packaging artwork development, label languages (EN / DE / FR / NL, etc.), and retail-ready presentation. You provide the brand direction, we handle the production and packaging execution.
We operate under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Every batch goes through in-line QC during production and a pre-shipment inspection before loading. We provide inspection reports on request. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) is supported and can be arranged by the buyer.
We support EXW, FOB Guangzhou, and CIF terms. For small trial orders, we can arrange air freight. For regular bulk orders, sea freight via Guangzhou or Shenzhen port is standard. We assist with export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, CO, and MSDS where needed.
